I think it is impossible to make sure all clay information is up to date
and in synch with latest "findings"

Whenever I write or mention older books I point out that safety information
probably is not current, and that the careful potter (column coming up, Dave
F?) MUST, MUST, MUST check safety facts...through reading the columns and
buying the books--such as Monona Rossol's.

I think the best we can do is add some warning to the Archives --is that
possible?--so that right before Table of Contents a line appears saying
something like: the information posted here has not been checked as to
safety. Constant progress is being made in studio safety, and "older"
posts may not include it. (Or something like that. )

In my opinion, even Monona Rossol is not always 100% on.
