i more than understand your frustration.
i just wanted to let folks know they
are up to their butts in alligators.
and, you got bit too.

that is not a good thing to happen
to a customer.
i passed this letter to laguna.

i am not defending bad behavior...i am
letting folks know that they are trying to
fix it.
mel i don't know for beans about
shelf problems...just have heard about
the frustrations.
