salt and pepper solutions?

Dear Fellow Potters,

Recently I have had some trouble with my Salt and Pepper shakers. In the
past, I have used small corks using the larger end of the cork as
measurement for the opening (to copensate for shrinkage). Some of my
customers are complaining about the corks. I was wondering if anyone has
found another solution? Rubber stoppers, etc?
