Hey Kelly,
By all means, see the Field Museum if you haven't already
(or even if you have). But in the neighborhood is the Oriental
Institute of the University of Chicago. It's full of art from
bygone civilizations. An overview and directions are at
their website:

Worth considering, if the ancient appeals to you.
