Thnx all for your input. It takes me usually under a minute to center, and I have used humps and clay coils to hold it down. Re centering is the kick for me. With bottles or narrow tops I have been using an opened hump.I am blind in one eye and have no depth perception. This causes me to believe things are closer/farther then they appear. I'm sure you say centered is centered, but it doesn't seem to be the case. When I through I can feel it, and if I am concerned my top isn't level I can feel it, or use a level and check it. I just ordered one I can't wait to try it out.
