Hi All,
Mountain Man unearthed a small cardboard box from the depths of the innards
of the garage.
The handwritten label on the box reads `Porcelain rods for Cress kiln`.
Could someone tell me what they are for? It wasn`t a cone sitter kiln..
Thanks,
Lela, embarrased to ask a stupid question...but it isn`t the first time and
I doubt the last.

Lela:
Could they be insulators for wiring that passes through a metal wall?
Are they hollow? How long are they?

Best,
Wayne

These porcelain rods seem to have something to do with Cress Kiln elements:

http://www.cressmfg.com/C1006inst%20manual.htm or PDF version:
http://www.cressmfg.com/PDF%20Files/C100-6%20Manual.pdf#search=%22Porcelain%20rods%20for%20Cress%20kiln%22

Good luck!
