I just looked at a 24 year old Cress kiln B-27-H, 240 volts and 45 amps
with kiln sitter. They are asking $400. My questions: Will this fire to
cone 6? Any way to figure the cost of each firing? My current Even Heat
deluxe costs me approx. $6 per firing.=20

The Cress is in good condition, the elements are all intact and so are
the bricks. I think the former owner used it for slip cast ceramics. The
manual was revised 3/80.
