My better half and I will be doing a bike tour of County Kerry, Ireland.
While the cycling routes are pretty much fixed, we will have some free
time. If anyone knows of potter's studios, galleries, or other
interesting pottery-related sites to visit, I would appreciate your
sharing that information with me.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Carole. I was last in Ireland two years ago and ran across Fuchsia
Cottage Pottery in County Kerry. They used to have a website, although
when I looked it up I could not find it. Their website was
fuchsiacottagepottery.com
The shop is owned by a man who does pottery and his wife who does
watercolor. They also have a friendly dog! He was the only one home
when we happened across his store. He was very friendly and happy to
chat about clay. He could probably tell you of other places in the area
as well. We did a driving tour, so we stopped off whenever we saw a sign
for pottery!
Their location and phone are:
Fuchsia Cottage Pottery
Dooneen
Cahersiveen, Co. Kerry
Tel: +353 66 947 3456
We also found a few places in County Clare if you are interested let me
know.
Have a fabulous trip!
