I am hoping for some help with a cone 6-7 recipe for a flowing accent glaze
in white that does not flow off the pot, experimenting is too hard on the
shelves. This seems like a simple thing to achieve but have had no luck.
Suggestion for commercial glaze o.k. too. Thanks chris g

Hi Chris

I don't know about the flowing accent, but wanted to share with you my solution to ruining my shelves. I made about 30 different size circles ranging from 3" up to 6" to set my "test" pieces on and if they run, they will only ruin that little bisqued tile I made. After I ruined all my shelves in one kiln firing, this was my solution.

Hi Chris,

It's not that simple - you have to get the application just right - the
glaze underneath has to be compatible and the firing needs to be accurate
each time.

Given all that - if you simply reduce the clay in any recipe you will
eventually get it to run. If you have one send it along and I'll send you
some revisions to try. You will still have to protect your shelves while
you are finding out what works.
