I believe Mel has solved that one. Started with the Rhodes No. 32 Base =
and manipulated it to his chosen purpose.
I started with Soda Felspar, Whiting, Kaolin and Silica. Attacked a =
glaze fit problem first and solved that, then continued on to get a =
brilliant transparent colourless craze free base. After that it was just =
a case of cross blending the usual seven transitional metal compounds to =
get a spectrum of colours.
Have an objective, set a goal, then use well known procedures to get =
there. If you meet limitations, live with them or work a way around =
them.
