Finally got the kiln finished and fired. I put up some pictures on my blog:

I've been too busy gardening and dealing with more household projects at the
moment, as well as learning to play the dulcimer my husband gave me for our
47 th anniversary, to make more pots. Hopefully I can get all these things
planted and be back in the studio by the beginning of next month.

In the meantime, Will Baker will be firing the kiln with his work this week.
We have to make some adjustments in the bag wall and I'm going to put a thin
coat of wash on the advancers to stop the soda from creeping up the foot
rings of the pots.

Warmest regards,
June
