If there's anyway (repeat ANYWAY) you can swing it, about 45 KM out of
Madrid, is a small town of Chinchon. Very, very old Spain. We had a
wonderful dinner at a restaurant Meson Cuevas del vino. It's also the home
of Anisette, some of which is not exported. Google it. You'll find much
more
