As many of you know by now, I am working with school children through =
the
whole schools program in Mississippi. They recently asked me to help the
children create pieces for the local arts festival. This far they worked
with molded pieces and of cause the Duncans, Maycos and Gares out there
which I find wonderful and colorful, specifically for children, they =
only
have low firing kilns. To me it is a whole new learning field to go from =
^10
to cone 04-06. This brings me to my request: I want to let the children
create leave bowls from slabs, since this festival is in the Fall and =
also
because it will fit into the Science class schedule. Is there anyone out
there working with this specific clay and that has a base recipe, food =
safe
that fits Standard clay's 04-06 clays? I really do not have the time to =
go
test a base glaze that fits this clay and I preferably want to offer a =
food
safe product to the public.

Thank you once again for help and support.

Do you need sharp trimming tools that will not wear out quickly? Contact =
me
for information.=20
