Candice; Since my name is Tony and I once had dark hair I was always subject
to pizza and Tony The Barber jokes. Has no one ever heard of Anthony?
coincidentally i was asked today by Pietro of La Meridiana to lead a
workshop there in 2007. He has offered May or Sept and since i teach at my
beloved Sheridan in Sept i'm hoping for May. the itinerary looks like I
might have to check the obits on a daily basis to see if i died and went to
heaven. Wine tastings, gourmet meals, cooking classes, wood fired pizza, did
I mention wine and wood and soda kilns. combine this with historical tours
and lectures and man I can't think of how to have more fun with your clothes
on.
the minimum number of participants is 10 and the max 14 which to my way of
thinking makes for a fantastic energy and lots of one on one dialoque. I'd
love to fill the group with some folks from clayart that can give as much as
I can. for those of you that got my energy for 2 days in Atlanta think about
2 weeks. i think we'd all have a life changing pottery experience. Since i
just found out that David Hendley is also a hairdresser perhaps he will come
and do our hair. I've had several bad hair days of late.
you'd bring home enough racers to pay half the bill.
If you're just the slight bit interested contact Pietro- Pietro@pietro.net
and ask for him to send you the document for the Medici Plan and say Tony
sent you.
I don't think the contemporary ceramic scene is as alive in Italy as in
America but the historical education would be unbelievable.
Cheers,
Tony
Anthony Bruce Clennell- how English does that get?
