ot: emails with graphics

What do you prefer: email newsletters that include graphics, or text-only
email newsletters? (Paragon's Kiln Pointers newsletter is text-only.)

I have selected "Read all messages in plain text" in my Outlook Express as a
security precaution against viruses. So the only email newsletters I read
are text-only. On the other hand, most people find html (graphics)
newsletters easier to read.

Thanks for your input.

Sincerely,

HI,

I use Yahoo mail and they have an option to receive
all mail non-html. They say the reason for this is
that spammers can tell that an email is live from
things they embed in the html.

Yahoo also has the option to view the mail in html if
you trust the sender.

I prefer all text emails with links to graphics if they pertain to the
subject. Html is basically banned from my email
