Hi Folks...
Just wanted people to know that the American Art Pottery Association will
be having it's 26th annual convention in Syracuse, NY April 26-30th.
This will be held at the Marx Hotel, Oncenter and the Everson Museum.
Keynote speaker is Marisa Pascucci senior curator at the Everson who will
speak about the Ceramic Nationals. Seminar speakers include Richard Zakin
who will speak on the glaze technology of Adelaide Robineau! and Richard
Hirsch will speak on the history of the School of American Crafts.
There is a lot more of great interest to Clay artists and collectors...
also a bus tour and show/sale and auction.

Check the events out and details at http://www.amartpot.org.
Thanks, Maggie Jones

In addition, there will be group and student rates available, this is a
good event for Ceramic History students and faculty.
