On the registration forms I downloaded from NCECA, at the top of the first
page it says: "Early Registration Deadline: must be postmarked by January 18,
2006. After January 8, 2006, additional fees of $45 (regular) $25 (student),
and $10 (day passes) will apply.)

On the second page where you indicate what you are registering for, it has
two columns. One for "On or Before January 8" and one for "After January 8"
with the increased fees..

Perhaps this is an early form that has been corrected or I'm just not reading
it right, but it sounds to me like you had better get your registration in
the mail by January 8 (instead of 18) if you want the lesser fee.)
