Good Day, Lili,
How are you? Enjoying being FORCED to stay indoor??
I want to try (some?) of these recipes you so kindly share with vnp...now who deserves such an honorary title in your high esteem??....But I, simple-minded, mean Dutch woman from Pennsylvania though by no stretch of the imagination being Pennsylvania Dutch, have a question.

Apparently the gurus of this world can tell by looking into their glass globes when a glaze is matt, satin or glossy. How can one obtain glass globe or, shortcut, see in given recipe what texture it will bring?
Question #2 (just like in the fairy tale I am allowed 3 questions) how can one bring the temperature down to say cone 5 or 6? Which chemicals change (%?),
how does one/with what substitute the missing 100% total? Is that a known formula or testing-testing 1-2-3?

I'll keep the third question for later.

Thank you, Miz Lili.

Mevrouw.
