Beth Cavener Stichter will present a two day workshop in Oxford, Ohio
at Miami University December 5th and 6th. The workshop is free and open
to the public. Beth will demonstrate her construction techniques as
well as have two slide presentations. If you are not familiar with
Beth's work look at her web site : www.followtheblackrabbit.com/

If you are interested in attending please rsvp so I know how many
people will attend.

At this point I anticipate both days will start around 9-10am and go
untill 5pm. I can confirm times as soon as Beth responds.

Man, I love her work! Those animals set me on edge, make me feel uneasy. Disney had nothing to to with them, but they are anthropomorphic anyway: they show human as well as animal conditions.

I once emailed her about buying one and she didn't have any available. Don't think I can afford her anymore and now that I think about it, I might have to take Prozac if I were looking at one everyday!

Cheers, Linda

Hello!
I would like to reserve two spaces for Beth Cavener's
workshop. Question: is this strictly demo, or are
participants involved "hands-on"? This is very
exciting! Please confirm receipt of this email and
guide me to a place where i can find directions. Thank
you!

Marianne
This is strictly a demo type of workshop. The workshop will be in
Hiestand Hall room 27 of Miami University. Hiestand Hall is located
just behind the Shriver Student Center to the south west. The Shriver
Student Center is on the corner of Patterson and Spring Streets in
Oxford, Ohio. Can you mapquest the directions to Spring and Patterson?

Parking on this campus as most is difficult. I will get you a parking
permit for when you arrive.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
