Hi,
Build a box out of 2x2's buy some 4x8x3" thick rigid insulation ( Home
Depot ) lay some on top as well, hang a 60 watt bulb inside, 24/7. If
it's air tight, seal seams with duct tape, you could probably sleep in

Or, don't make it airtight, and fill it with nice,
warm
cats. To feed the cats, catch rats and fling them
into
the box. Then, in spring, skin the cats and sell
catskin
tea cozys to go along with your teapots!
