Good afternoon .... for Barbara but maybe others, too.'

Barbara, listen to Jennifer about Vitamin E. I know this could
start a barrage of success stories but I know of many here in the
desert where Vitamin E has not worked for lessening scars,
and=20
they'd have done better to
further consult their doctor or surgeon who has all the experience
one needs for such a significant but small area in his/her practice.
Whether one is pro or con traditional medicine, a medical professional
is probably better to consult than a next door neighbor or some guy
on the street or even an untrained claybud. After all, you didn't stop
somebody in the grocery store to do your original surgery, did you?
Nor post to Clayart asking if any of us had spare time to do a little
cutting. Most doctors SAY to call them if there are concerns after =
surgery,
but I'm told that probably 85 % of patients do not until they are past
the point of really helping.... including my dear friend, wife of a
surgeon. I couldn't believe that I was advising HER to call her =
doctor,
rather than consult ME. =20

As to exercises, my friends who have had apparent 100% reversal of
ct symptoms, attribute their visits to a Physical Therapist for as many =
sessions
as required as the main reason for the early return to "normal" use of =
their
hands.

In the Mojave desert of California U.S.A. where using a book in my lap =
upon
which to prop my mouse.... a book that brings my wrists up even with the
keyboard..... seems to have helped me to avoid carpal tunnel.... but who =
knows?
God knows I stay on the computer enough to catch any computer-related=20
issues that might emanate from it to its user.
