Glaze 101:
This glaze making workshop focuses on cone 6 glazes. Alfredo will lecture
on the fundamental principles, concepts, and procedures of glazing. You
will learn properties of oxides, raw materials and glazes and how to
modify surfaces and textures.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the beginner or the experienced potter
to become acquainted with the technical vocabulary of cone 6 glazes and
explore the amazing possibilities. Alfredo will show you what you can
achieve without chemistry proficiency.
Glaze 102:
A more in depth workshop from the master of glazes, emphasis on more
advanced technique.
