Hi all

I tried the AOL interactive help thingy - very clever, chatting to a
codenamed entity somewhere. Anyway, he or she asked whether a message had come up
about the blocked emails, and were they going into a spam folder? I was not sure
what this meant, but thought I should find out. Here is what anonymous
helping entity said:

"I can certainly help you if you are not receiving emails from some
particular address but as far as i see this, This problem appears to be with the
receiver. In that case, i would request you to ask the receiver to inform his/her
ISP about the problem."

If any other AOL bods are reading this on the archives.... I'm going to set
up another account in Yahoo, or gmail, or something. Reading the archives is
do-able, but not as comfortable as my usual way of copy/pasting the digest
into a Word document. Much easier, for me anyway.
