A while back there was a discussion about beer can chicken and making a
ceramic "thingy" to replace the beer can. Right now I am in the market for a grill
and was exploring the weber grill site when I cam across their version of a
"thingy" to replace the beer can in beer can chicken. Here's the URL for anyone
who is interested:

And here is the Sweet Potato Queens version of it - http://maxvps007.maximumasp.com/v007u09vul/spq/miva/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=QC&Product_Code=CHKN&Category_Code=KIT

You could probably make a ceramic cylinder-type thingy to fit inside!
