Hi Lori,

I might have a few suggestions to help. The first, of course, is to correct
your glaze so that it doesn't sink to the bottom in a hard layer. I always
add about 2% Bentonite when I first mix the glaze. If the problem persists,
I would get some "Flocs" from I think Axner. It will help keep your glaze
suspended while you work and it also will make it easier to stir up after it
sits a while between glaze dipping.

When I have a glazing session, all I have to do is stir my glaze with the
toilet brush or a mixer and it stays suspended during the whole glazing
cycle. Doesn't relieve the sore muscles entirely, but it really saves a lot
of extra work.

Good luck,

Bonnie Staffel
