A friend of mine has a Leach type treadle wheel for sale and asked that I
post the information for him.
I have seen a picture of the wheel and it looks to be well constructed and
built similar to the Woodley's treadle wheel sold for many years in England.

Texas. Here is what he wrote about it:
"Gary, here is the information on the wheel: The dimensions of the splash
pan are 36 x 28 x 6 inches deep. The height from the floor to the top of
the splash pan is 38 1/2 inches and the height from the floor to the seat
is 36 inches. From the front of the splash pan to the rear of the seat is
39 inches. Wheelhead is 11 inches in diameter. Both the wheelhead and
splashpan are coated with epoxy. The price is $200.00 plus crating and
shipping."
