Our group of about 20 has no system for rewarding those who do the =
bookkeeping. One or two people take the responsibility for a year or =
so, then they either become too ill to do the work or whine so loudly =
that someone else feels sufficiently guilty that they take over the =
duties. Currently I do most of the bookkeeping, but I'm starting to =
whine. Not orderly, but we are generally good hearted people and it =
works over time.
