This sounds like a wonderful trip, thanks for posting the info. I don't
have the resources for a journey such as this, so have been content
re-reading Susan Peterson's book on Shoji Hamada. My question is (since
I didn't see it listed in your itinerary), can one still visit the
Hamada compound, and if so, what is required?
