there is an old line from plaster workers and cement
contractors.
`always use fresh materials...always.
buy what you need, when you need it.
it never stores.`
there is not greater frustration in building than
having a new concrete or plaster construction job
fall apart a year later. same for potters....and the plaster
will be in your pots...blowing up.
