Beg, borrow or whatever to go to this workshop. Malcolm is simply great. I
don't do shino. I don't even have a gas kiln but the week long carbon trap
shino workshop I took with him this past summer was amazing. He's very much
about the "why". He makes you stretch. His stance is positive. He's also
a riot, and a teaser; a true teacher and a wonderful human being. Be
prepared to work very hard because he is also a slavedriver. The nine of us
at the workshop were shattered by the end of each day.

Have I made myself clear? I only get to take a workshop every four years
and I am glad it was with him. I wonder where he'll be in 2008?
Best regards,
Carol
