My thanks to those that responded to these queries - I've passed on the =
information to the appropriate parties and they were both delighted!!!

I might even try working with the clay in my own back yard just for =
grins & giggles. It's a light, creamy yellow color - not too far down, =
either. That area is destined to be dug up and rebuilt this coming =
summer - could be a VERY interesting project.

One of the students we had over the summer last year is a full-time =
student at St. Mary's University in Winona, MN. He'd like to find =
someone/somewhere in the area so he could work with clay while he's =
there. He plans on returning here again for the summer session, but =
would really like to get his hands back in clay before then, if he can. =
Peter's still a beginner, but has a lot of enthusiasm and really wants =
to stay involved. =20

The clay studio at the school he's attending is unavailable to him.

Any recommendations anyone? If you'd like to respond off-list, I'll be =
glad to provide his address to get in touch with him directly.

Once again, thank you everyone. =20

Take care,

Lori
STILL in Freeport, IL - damper and colder with a pair of matching black =
and blue knees and a very stiff wrist from a scuffle with an ice patch - =
the ice won..... =20

Earl, the inter-library loans work great! I don't have to worry about =
where my books have gone to or what kind of treatment they've been =
exposed to. I agree with you - some books require VERY special friends =
to borrow them.
