Bob Armfield will be opening a kiln this Saturday, December 18, 2004,
from 9-2. Oakland Pottery is located on Highway 22 S south of Ramseur,
NC. Miniature potter, miniature face jugs, animals by John Armfield,
Bob's son. Bob apprenticed with Waler and Dorothy Auman and was a full
time potter for a number of years. His only-occasional kilns now
treasured in this area.
