Gardendance seeks a ceramic studio assistant manager for our ceramic studio in Hillsborough, NC, near Chapel Hill. Full time opportunity for an energetic, enthusiastic self-motivated individual that is production oriented and possesses a serious work ethic. . Excellent references and a BFA or equivalent experience required. Opportunity to advance to management position and be involved with the creative process of product development. A one-year minimum commitment will be required. You will make clay bodies, slip and glaze formulations, load and fire salt, gas and electric kilns, work with molds, extrusions and sculptural forms.
