changing clayart software/suggestions

many of you write me with ideas to change
how clayart is delivered. we thank you.

but, LISTSERV is what it is. we cannot alter
the software. we are using the most expensive and
updated version.

i know a number system for the digest would be nice,
i for sure, would love spam removed, and headers and
styled typeface taken out. but, it does not do that.

so, bear with us. this is what we have.
as things change, and things get updated, we will
improve with it.

and for sure, the administrator of acers computers does
not have time to mess with, adjust, or write software for
this program. she hardly has time to re/boot us each day.

on a very good note, those of you who have been with us
for years....we do not have many breakdowns. clayart has
been very steady. day in and day out, 365.

I am confused by Mel's post re the suggestions folks have made for
improvements to Clayart. I subscribe to the Clayart digest in HTML
format. I get a very nice toolbar at the top of each digest that allows me
to do lots of things by clicking on a button - including navigate forward
and backward within topic, forward and backward by an individual author's
submissions, reply, change subscription, reformat fonts(which by the way
with one click turns those thousand characters per line posts into readable
paginated form), and more. And each digest entry has a sequential numeric
identifier. I think the features are great!

So, is everybody who's requesting improvements using text mode rather than
HTML? Or am I missing something?
