Hi CLAYART folks.

I'm still working on "recovering" from spending the last two months in
Japan... and now catching up on all of the little balls that sort of were=

"dropped" while I was away . One of those little "balls" was watchin=
g
over the enrollment for my annual summer woodfire workshop. That "ball"
went rolling across the floor...... so............ I'm working on catchin=
g
it.........

I have one of the (limited) seven spaces still left open for this summer'=
s
workshop...... which is not typical at this really late date. The 9 1/2
day program begins Friday evening August 20th at 7 PM.... and ends the LA=
TE
afternoon of Sunday, August 29th. The cost is $450.00 and includes firin=
g
and materials. You'll need to bring some bisque too...... the participan=
ts
have to fill the whole kiln . The program includes making some wares t=
he
first couple of days, glazing, stacking, firing, and unloading my four
chamber noborigama. =

For more information on the program and some images of past workshops....=
.
please see http://www.JohnBaymore.com. Once you have entered the main si=
te
and are on the "Menu" page full of buttons..... select the "Summer Woodfi=
re
Workshop" button. ( Or you can jump direct to that specific workshop
information page at http://www.JohnBaymore.com/EWFWorkshop.htm )

Coming fresh off my most recent trip to Japan...... of course I'll have a=

lot of new info (stories, slides, video, books, and pots) to share . =

If anyone is able to take advantage of this opportunity..... please email=

me ASAP. Thanks.

best,

.......................john
