Dear Mr. Tony and Ms. Sheila,

We are pleased to introduce our organization, International Internship
Programs (IIP) based in Tokyo, Japan. Since our establishment in 1979, we
have focused on the exchange of knowledge, experience and culture through
the placement of over 10,000 Japanese interns in businesses, organizations
and schools around the globe.

One of our programs, the Professional & Cultural Exchange Program (PCEP),
completes this task by placing Japanese professionals in foreign businesses
and organizations. This not only broadens their horizons but also enables
them to share their perspective, professional knowledge and skills with the
host organization

IIP would like to introduce you to one of our interns, currently interested
in learning more about the field of Ceramics in Canada from around October
2004 for 12 months.

o Ms. Riyuko Hata has several years experience in making ceramics.
o She would like to gain more knowledge of ceramics and in the future
teach
this work of art in Japan using the English language.
o Ms. Hata wishes to immerse herself in Canadian culture and the English
language and share her knowledge of Japanese style ceramics and Japanese
culture.

If there are any organizations within your association you feel could
benefit from hosting Ms. Hata we would be delighted to hear from you. Our
interns do not expect any compensation for their services rendered. As
such, there is minimal cost to hosts. Their only requirement is to provide a
meaningful training program that will widen the interns professional and
cultural breadth.

IIP sincerely believes that our programs are mutually beneficial to everyone
involved. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further information
or you can visit http://www.internpro.com

We would greatly value your support of our activities by sharing your
thoughts and ideas of our program. Thank you very much for your time and we
look forward to hearing from you.

Yours truly,

Lizette C. Baguindo
