Mother Earth Clay Art Center, a new ceramics studio, will begin
operations in Sunnyvale, California, with a Grand Opening party
on July 23.
The modern, 10,000 square foot facility will offer studio
memberships, classes, workshops, retail sales of tools and
materials, and a gallery of members' work (also for sale). The
Gallery will initially feature a special guest show by members of
the Orchard Valley Ceramic Arts Guild.
The Center's first workshop, featuring famed potter and lecturer
Robin Hopper, has been scheduled for October 2 & 3. Classes at
the Center begin in September, and studio memberships are
available immediately.
