Before it goes on the market this friday I'm giving my claybuds the first crack at this GREAT studio for sale! 45 min. north of Seattle wa. a 1,OO6 sq. ft. studio with an additional 66O sq. ft unfinished loft.It's wired for 11O & 22O with natural gas on the property. Some materials for finishing the loft are included. There is a nice sized wood stove on the main floor with a stove pipe hooked up for a smaller second wood stove in the loft. No ceramic supplies or equipment are included but we will throw in a 3 bedroom 1 bath house with an attached 2 car garage. All appliances stay. Pictures & more info. available.
