A quick check through some websites shows that the prices seem to
have come down. I've had mine since 1999 and it's just like new.

Hi, Lela,
The sieve with the brushes is a Talisman, from New Zealand I think. You =
can get them at Axner, Ceramic Supple in New Jersey, The Big Ceramic =
Store (on line) and Laguna to name just a few. It is a God send for =
those of us with wrist problems. Works like a charm. Just mixed up =
seven new 5 gallon buckets in no time at all. I am using my wonderful =
small test sieves for trial batches. They are wonderful also.
Take care,
Amy

If you are going to spend big bucks on the Talisman think
about spending another fifteen dollars or so to get the
smaller Talisman bowl that takes the same screens as the one
with the crank. They work great on the two gallon buckets.
For one gallon buckets we bought a couple cream separator
sieves at the antique mall for five bucks apiece.
