(higher) wedging table height

I too have read that the height should be where your knuckles brush the
surface. I am about to make my wedging table so this discussion has come
about at a good time for me. I am worried that I will be doing a lot of
bending at the waist at this height. Anyone else have any thoughts on
making it higher?
