form galleries?

I've been having a ball looking at all the mugs folks are exchanging, seeing all
the shapes, sizes, glazes, handles, etc. I spent a good chunk of my
January studio time making as many different kinds of mugs as I could think
of (to give to a group of 50 that I belong to), and it was great fun to look back
at last year's mug gallery to see if there were shapes I hadn't tried. Then
today I'm making pitchers, and I can't seem to make up my mind what shape
I want, and I thought, "wouldn't it be fun to have a gallery of pitchers, like the
mug gallery?". One could have galleries of all different forms, kind of along
the lines of the Lark 500 (teapots, bowls, cups) book series, but on the web
so it would be easy to pull up when you want a little inspiration.

So would anyone else be interested in contributing to such a thing, once the
mug exchange is finished? If so, I'll volunteer to host it, and put it together in
a simple format like the mug gallery. What do you say?

Dear Chris,

What a great idea, and so kind and generous of you to offer to host and p=
ut
it together. I, for one, would love to participate.

I did not participate in this year's exchange, but I thoroughly enjoyed
looking at all the work.

Hope all is well.

Chris

I think it would be great to see all the different kinds of pitchers the
Clayarters make. What a terrific idea! How generous of you to host it. Count me
in.
