wuz cracked-joint of the Hip...now refinements of the missive...

Hi Lee, all...

I spoke a little carlessly - as sometimes I do! - where, the
more complete thought would be...

Only 'Certified Organic' Dairy, and or 'Cackle-Berries' or
'meat'...and in occasional, scant, moderate amounts at
that...whilst eating pah-len-tee of fresh, raw, happy
"greens" and simple Lentils, Beans, Root Vegetables and so
on as may be cooked lightly...

Be a damned near 'Vegan' in other words...

Have one foot IN 'Vegan', and a little toe out of it...

Stay away from all 'processed' eatables..."Just-Say-No"...

The general commercial dairy and 'meat' is so full of things
as were NOT present in traditional, ingenously grown
products...among which, are...things as DO enter into
synergisms and discrete metabolic-danses-of-death, as effect
and reverse or diminish one's Calcium uptake as well as
having a general, systemic, inimical toxic
meddleing...'mischief' in other words...

Not 'good'...for 'bones'...not good for one in any way
whatsoever...bad for 'healing' bad in general...

...'death'...

Hence, my busybody off-the-cuff add-vise...

Love,

Phil
Las Vegas

wuz cracked-joint of the Hip...

I've shared this before, but maybe there are new folks who haven't seen
it. Go here to see Rudy Autio on Hamada and video of Hamada throwing.
http://www.queensrow.org/Rudyclip.html There is also a Volukos
clip, I think it is called something like "Three Dumb Glazes" The
video is over 3mb, so start it and go write some mail or something else.

One of the problems with our modern diets is that we eat too much
protein. Protein binds with calcium and makes it unusable. So, to
get more calcium to the bones, it is probably not necessary to add more
calcium, but rather, to eat less meat.
