>FYI

I was able to get a used fire proof suit from my local
Fire Dept. They were having to update equipment and get
up to code. I suppose this saved me quite a few bucks
and I didn't have to dumpster dive behinde the fire department
to get it. (although i have before for hoses). I have a melted
plastic face mask to prove how hot it can get when you open
the kiln. Whatever you do, protect yourself from burns and fumes.
I never used to practice dust control in the studio until i started
lurking on this wonderful list...so this advice comes to you as a
thank you of sorts. See you at NCECA.

Brian
