Hello all,

Yeah....well...

I have had my website for the last 7 years hosted for f
ree and this has never happened before. I have posted a l
ot in the past and this has never happened....

I saw what happened due to Don's kind post letting
me know and immediately upgraded my site.
I would have a long time ago if it were necessary.

Since my site is educational and about galleries and
about 85% non-commercial, it hasn't been a problem.
I would suggest that you consider free, convenient, web
hosting and free development software that comes with
it if you need less than 1 Gig of bandwith a month, as I
did for the last 7 years.

But that ain't me no more, and I write about it in the site studio blog...
with nary a commercial banner to be found and 10, count 'em!, 10
gigs of bandwidth....and they also gave me this new cool domain name....

So please accept my apology for the inconvenience it
may have caused and try it again. And I'm still not actively
tryin' to sell you anything.

"I just read Elizabeth Priddy's post about her updated website and went to
look at it. It was "temporarily suspended" due to high bandwidth usage. This
is a shining example of why free hosting is really not worth it. Next is the
pop-up ads that accompany the "free" site. I am not trying to start some
thing here, just re-emphasizing to the group why a little $$ goes a long way
toward a stronger internet presence. I have found numerous web hosts with
good services for around $100 per year. One or two sales off your site will
certainly off set the investment. Just my 2 cents worth."
