Dear JK: One of my favourite reads is by Canada's Timothy Findley "Not
Wanted on the Voyage". Imagine being one of the ones left behind when Noah
made his pick. I figure he would have left me to fend for myself and that's
OK with me. I'm the captain of my own ship and follow my own course. When
you hit 50 you discover what you're not. This is more important than
finding out what you are. I'm not a team player. I couldn't work for
someone. I'd soon piss them off.
so for all the talk on clayart about the pain of choosing to be a potter. I
like Connie never gave it a minutes thought. It is painful for me not to
make pots.
Pots for me is like coffee, wine, walnuts. Gotta have some every day. I
haven't made pots now for 2 weeks with retailing, packing, yacking,
Christmas. I'm starting to get in a very bad mood. Time to visit my
mistress- the studio.
I am what I am and ain't what I ain't- Popeye the sailor man
cheers,
Tony

Hmm, Tony. =20

I always took you for an antediluvian, thought you treaded the hell out
of the water.

How the hell else can you stand using that Leach? Reminds you of your
younger, swimmier days.

Taylor, grinnin' in Waco
