I never miss your Clayart mails as they're often so interesting. I was
wondering whether you had access to and read this month's Ceramics
Monthly's article "Carrying the Empty cup, 3 generations within the
Japanese master/apprentice tradition". Is it close to what you experienced
as an apprentice?
