how to value like new old kiln

a friend has an electric 18' x 18' kiln with dawson kiln sitter and is
interested in selling it and I am inquiring how much should he ask?He says the
inside is vry good looking.
He also has a wheel home made by the late Jon Formo to price.

any suggestions?

Did I read that correctly? 18 FEET square?
With a kiln sitter? Is it electric or gas?
