Cabbagetown Art and Crafts Sale and Barnyardarts Arts and Crafts
(Toronto, ON, Canada)

Barnyard Arts is a not-for-profit incorporated organization dedicated to
providing low-cost courses in the visual arts and crafts, sponsoring
shows of art, and encouraging use of the Residence Building at Riverdale
Farm by the community. Cabbagetown Art and Crafts, a non-profit crafts
sales organization, has an amazing video (needs MS Windows Media

Carlie Tart (T-ART Pottery) (rebuilt after fire) (Benson, NC, USA)

Master potter in the folk pottery tradition, author of "The Beginner and
The Wheel" for AMACO in 1961, Carlie Tart works mainly in white ware
decorated in cobalt sprays and flowers. He has the newest ideas, such
as a Yunnan Cooker and a Chicken Cone Cooker. Good forms. He had a
fire that destroyed his log studio at some point a few years ago, but
this has been rebuilt. Carlie appeared on the Mike Douglas Show in
1977. (See Mike with his hands on the spinning ball of clay.)
