To all: Okay, sorry I've posted so many messages on same subject. Next time I'll know to read all of the digests so I can answer all in the same message.
LOUIS: Thank you so much for info about less whiting 12 and adding dolomite 8. I will try a batch with your suggestions.

Original recipe: white lead 43, F4 spar 23, ball 14, whiting 20. Second Recipe: 3304 frit 50, buckingham spar 10, whiting 17, epk 22
Third Recipe: 3304 50, G200 8, whiting 19, epk 22

Around 1992 I did have Jeff Zamek do a consultation and revise a couple my old glazes and this one did work fine until moving to Arizona and trying it 3 years ago. Maybe I'll just have to do that again.

I don't know why this got by me 3304 is a lead frit, but frankly unless
you are continuously testing for lead release, and following all laws
concerning lead, and monitoring and all the rest that I really don't
know enough about, you should look for another glaze. There are plenty
of leadless glazes. If you need my help with glazes you should not be
using lead, certainly not with coper in it. If your pot holds water or
looks like a plate or anything you should not be making it.

My suggestion may make your glaze "work" but it may be unsafe and leach
lead into someone else's tomato soup.
