Glaze Quest has brought me to the point of sitting in LA w/ an old friend's
ashes.
Jeez, I had no idea what to expect but I can tell I have to grind him down
further to make a glaze. Don't have a ball mill available and I don't want to
use my mortar and pestle (he was actually with me when I got it over 30 years
ago -- irony, yikes). The intention is to make a glaze, I'm using Tony
Hansen's 20x5 for a base - going to cut the Wollastonite w/ the ash - I believe both
will act as a flux. I think I'm on the right track. Any suggestions for
further grinding?
